How do I get help if I encounter an issue?

1. Depending on the severity of the problem, we will try our best to troubleshoot within the shortest time possible. Please contact realizer@realizer.ai should you face any problems.
2. For minor bugs, we aim to resolve them within 1 working day.
3. For major downtimes that do not compromise the safety of your confidential issues, REALIZER aims to resolve within 2 working days (48 hours)
4. For major downtimes that have the potential of compromising confidential information, REALIZER aims to resolve it within the 1st or 2nd hour.
