How do I get help if I encounter an issue?
Depending on the severity of the problem, we will try our best to troubleshoot within the shortest time possible. Please contact realizer@realizer.ai should you face any problems.
For minor bugs, we aim to resolve them within 1 working day.
For major downtimes that do not compromise the safety of your confidential issues, REALIZER aims to resolve within 2 working days (48 hours)
For major downtimes that have the potential of compromising confidential information, REALIZER aims to resolve it within the 1st or 2nd hour.
Can I receive invoices for my subscription payments?
Yes, you will receive invoices for every payment and autopayment.
Are there any additional fees or charges?
There will not be any hidden charges.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal and Wise payments. Should you reside in Korea, you may pay via bank transfer.
